iHEAL's Medical Marijuana Card Program is covered by your health care plan. You only need to pay your deductible or co-pay (if you have one).

Your medical evaluation and follow-up visits are covered by your healthcare plan. Visit our Payment page to see if we accept your insurance. You only need to pay your deductible or co-pay (if you have one).

Out-of-Pocket

If you have an insurance plan that we do not accept or don't have healthcare coverage, the program fees are:

Initial Evaluation: $200

Follow-up Appointments: $50

Reactivation Fee: $50

All fees associated with this program are non-refundable and pre-paid. If you are paying out-of-pocket, you will not be scheduled for appointments until you have paid for the service. Payments can be made over the phone or here.
