Shelly offers a holistic approach to therapy by implementing techniques from humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. She has experience building treatment plans with individuals who have traumatic brain injuries and is passionate about working with this population. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, stress due to  difficult life transitions, and interpersonal communication.  

 

Beyond clinical work, Shelly enjoys music, going to live concerts, spending quality time with loved ones, relaxing with a good book, and her two cats.
